Bahamas Real Estate Association meets His Excellency Arthur Hanna

With the passage of the Real Estate (Brokers and Salesmen) Act, 1995, BREA was empowered by law to oversee the practice of real estate business throughout the Bahamas and to ensure that all realtors are licensed for the protection of the general public. BREA has licensed more than 600 qualified individuals as Bahamas Real Estate Brokers, Salesmen, Appraisers or Developers.
